The Process
You are just 5 steps away from selling your house with Fairdeal Homes. The process begins with you making contact with us, and from that point, Fairdeal Homes make your life a lot easier:
- You make initial contact with us - either via telephone, email or valuation form.
- We will contact you to discuss your situation and give you an indication of the likely offer you would receive from us.
- If the indicative offer range is acceptable we organise to visit you, accompanied by a local independent RICS surveyor at no cost to you.
- Once we receive the surveyors report we provide you with our offer in writing.
- After accepting the offer, we will take care of the rest.
- Offer within 48 hours
- No Fees
