I've been saying that house prices are unrealistic for a few years now (it feels like forever!) and it seems I am in good company. It feels like the mainstream media have suddenly tired of trotting out the spin fed to them by the building societies, estate agents (and any other group with a vested interest) and are finally painting a more gloomy picture about the future of the housing market. It really seems as though the trickle of negative property market news stories has really turned into a steady stream this month, with even the BBC getting a article on decreasing affordability in.
